Privacy

Last updated November 6, 2026. This covers the website. Before the app launches, we'll add what the app collects, and date the change.

The short version

We collect your email if you give it to us, and basic stats about how the site is used. We don't sell anything. The calculator's numbers stay on your device.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up, which page you signed up from, and campaign labels from the link you followed when available. It's used to send you a launch email and understand where signups come from.
• Usage stats: pages viewed, a successful signup and campaign labels when available. When enabled, PostHog processes basic browser and device information and your IP address to provide these stats. We disable automatic form and click tracking and session recordings. We don’t send PostHog your email address or calculator entries. Anonymous analytics uses memory, so we can’t reliably count the same person across page loads or devices.
• What you email us, if you write to us.

What we don't collect

Anything you type into the calculator. It's worked out on your device and never sent to us. We don't ask for your health information on this website.

Who handles it

• Brevo stores the email list and sends the emails.
• PostHog provides the usage stats.
• Cloudflare hosts the site, and handles requests to it.

They process this data for us. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email admin@destructaphoenix.dev. We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Age

NicPact is for adults 18 and over. If you think someone under 18 has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.
